Thanks for taking the time to learn more about our practice. We use a range of evidence-based therapies to help individuals navigate their mental health challenges. Our practice is grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
Each of these therapies offers unique tools and approaches, allowing us to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each client. CBT helps in identifying and changing negative thought patterns, ACT focuses on accepting thoughts without judgment and committing to action, DBT emphasizes regulating emotions and improving relationships, and Schema Therapy explores deep-rooted patterns to effect change.

We are currently accepting new clients aged 16 years and above for Tuesday sessions.
